We were pretty quiet today. The only thing they changed was the dose for Gideon's new pulmonary hypertension medicine. I might as well just tell you, it's Viagra. Weird huh? Well, anyway they doubled his dose of Viagra and his peripheral blood pressure has not dropped which means he is tolerating it very well. His nurse tonight told me that is a very good thing. :) We'll take it. We'll take anything that even sounds like it might be good news. They will do another echo cardiogram tomorrow to check his pressures. We are going to be on pins and needles. Actually, we will be on our knees. It is hard to keep asking Heavenly Father for more blessings after we have been so blessed already, but we do it anyway. :) We have been having a lot of gratitude prayers and they are a saving grace. It's amazing what you learn when you are able to make a conscious effort to count your blessings. Have you ever seen that old Bing Crosby movie "White Christmas"? Bing and his leading lady sing a song together and I just keep thinking of the chorus, it goes something like this, "If you are worried and you can't sleep, count your blessings instead of sheep." It really works. Worry is useless, hope (whose wellspring is faith :) brings peace and joy, just like Elder Anderson says.
Have a good night friends and family.

We love you.
